lessons. I am located in the vicinity of Northwest High School and
the New Hope Schools. I teach in my home in Varnell, GA on Tuesdays,
Thursdays and Fridays. Lessons are available in
Chatsworth on Mondays.

I have 15 years piano teaching
experience, and over 25 years church pianist experience.
During high
school in Atlanta, GA I was an accompanist for chorus classes. At church, I played for
children's choir. In the worship services I was focused on the
piano, and I think I knew then that I wanted to be a church pianist
as well.
I studied with several teachers,
primarily with classical training. I also studied privately for
two years with Stephen Parker and the acclaimed Elizabeth Buday at Shorter College in Rome, GA.
I teach all types of music and encourage my
students to play a variety of styles, but I allow them to play what
they love. Lessons are fun, and we often record videos to upload to
our Facebook page.
Piano lessons with me are affordably priced, and I
also offer a Senior Discount -- if you are age 60+ and can schedule
your lessons before 3:00 pm, you will receive a generous
discount on your rates - please check the rates page for details.
